When combined with extension pieces, ledger frames, screw jacks and TITAN aluminium formwork beams, it is possible to erect falsework to suit your needs exactly. Aluminium ledger frames

  • Available in seven sizes (1′-11″ – 9′-10″, 600 – 3000 mm)
  • All frames 2′-9″ (850 mm) high
  • The 48 mm tubes are suitable for attaching standard scaffold couplers
  • Frame/leg connection in compliance with National Technical Approval Z-8.22-874
  • Quickly fixed to the outer tube of a leg

Aluminium handrail frame

  • Ensures safe access
  • The aluminium handrail frames are simply attached to the aluminium ledger frames and can extend over more than one scaffold bay.
  • Available in two sizes: 4′-1″ (1250 mm) and 5′-10″ (1800 mm) centre-to-centre
  • Complies with DIN EN 12811

Aluminium scaffold board

  • For creating an integral working platform
  • Simply laid on the aluminium ledger frames
  • Complies with DIN EN 12811, load case 3
  • Easy assembly with hooks
  • Can be mounted on horizontal and vertical scaffolds
  • Available in four sizes for frame sizes from 4′-1″ – 7′-10″ (1.25 to 2.40 m)

Aluminium cover board

  • For covering gaps, e.g. between scaffold towers over TITAN aluminium ledger frames
  • Aluminium plate with profiled surface riveted to aluminium scaffold board
  • Compatible with our aluminium scaffold boards

Trolley

  • For transporting falsework elements
  • Max. load 10 kN
