TITAN ALU-FLEX SLAB FORMWORK

For both in situ and precast concrete floors. The TITAN Alu-Flex slab formwork system with its few components is the fast and flexible choice when employing conventional formwork for large areas and irregular geometries.

The components:
– Tried-and-tested steel or aluminium props
– Aluminium formwork beams – lightweight, robust, strong
– Universal tripods (optional)

The resulting prop loads are generally:
< 4,496 lbs / 20 kN (TITAN 120) or
< 11,240 lbs / 50 kN (TITAN 160 H)

We recommend:
– TITAN S and TITAN E35 steel props
– TITAN HV adjustable legs

To complete the system there are 4-way and fork heads (for safe load transfers), positioners (for accurate positioning) and spring clips (for diverse connections).
